Simca day for Van Der Valk. First he spots a red Simca 1000 zoom past in the distance, much to the amusement of DI Kroon. He gets half excited by a Volvo PV544, but then suddenly he sights a man sitting on a Simca 1500. A pigeon fancier startles the man in question, who immediately takes flight in his Simca.
